សកម្មភាពប្រជុំជាមួយសង្កាត់ចំនួន៩ ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលផែនការសហគមន៍ ទៅក្នុងផែនការវិនិយោគឃុំ/សង្កាត់ឆ្នាំ២០២៥

ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០៦-២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្រ្ដីក្រីក្រក្នុងទីក្រុង(UPWD) បានរៀបចំសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់សង្កាត់ ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលផែនការសហគមន៍ទៅក្នុងផែនការវិនិយោគឃុំ/សង្កាត់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលមានវត្តមានចៅសង្កាត់ តំណាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សា ស្មៀន កិច្ចការនារីសង្កាត់ តំណាងភូមិ ក្រុម អង្គការ UPWD និងតំណាងមកពី២៧សហគមន៍ចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន៣៤៥នាក់ ក្នុងនោះប្រុស១១១នាក់ ។ 

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង៖
•  ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍នៅក្នុងផែនការវិនិយោគឃុំសង្កាត់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥
•  បង្កើនកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឲ្យកាន់តែប្រសើររវាងអាជ្ញាធរ និងសហគមន៍ 
•  ដើម្បីទទួលការឆ្លើយតប និងគាំទ្រពីអាជ្ញាធរសង្កាត់ឲ្យបានប្រសើរជាងមុនលើសេវាមូលដ្ឋាន។

នៅក្នុងតំណើរការនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះឃើញថា សង្កាត់ចំនួន៩បានជួបប្រជុំ និងទទួលយកសំណើរផែនការ តម្រូវការរបស់សហគមន៍ចំនួន១៩បញ្ហា ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលក្នុងផែនការវិនិយោគឃុំ/សង្កាត់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥។ 

សកម្មភាពនេះអាចប្រព្រឹត្តទៅបានដោយមានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី Misereor/KZE។

Support Community to Conduct Commune Investments Plan (CIP) Meeting

Start from June 6th to 26th, 2024, Urban Poor Women Development (UPWD) supported communities to conduct commune investments plan meeting to include communities’ plans (communities’ needs and challenges) into Commune Investment Plan 2025. There were 345 participants joined, 111 males. The participants composed of authorities at village and commune level such as commune chief, commune council/councilor, commune clerk, women’s affair, and village chief; community representatives from 27 communities; and UPWD staff. 

The meeting aimed to: 
•  To include communities’ plans (communities’ needs and challenges) in Commune Investment plan 2025
•  Strengthen corporation and relationship between authorities and communities 
•  To receive a better response and support from the authorities at village and commune level on basic services. 

As a result of the CIP meetings, 9 communes accepted to include 19 of communities’ needs and challenges into Commune Investment Plan for the year 2025.
