កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមPOCDស្នូល និងមកធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យអង្គការUPWD 

ចាប់ពីខែ កញ្ញា ២០២៣ ដល់ខែ សីហា ២០២៤ ក្រុមPOCDចំនួន១២នាក់បានមកប្រជុំ និងធ្វើការងារនៅការិយាល័យអង្គការ UPWD ចំនួន៦៨ដង។ តាមរយៈនេះពួកគាត់បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាទៀងទាត់ក្នុងមួយខែ៤ដង ឬតាមខែខ្លះមក៥ឬ៦ដង នៅពេលមានការងារបន្ទាន់។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនិមួយៗក្រុមPOCD បានពិភាក្សា និងរាយការពីសកម្មភាពចុះសម្របសម្រួលតាមស/គ ដោយពិនិត្យមើលទៅលើលទ្ធផលសម្រេចបាន, ចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងនិងព័តមានថ្មីៗពីស/គដោយរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងដំណោះស្រាយ។ ក្នុងនោះរៀងរាល់ដើមសប្ដាហ៍នៃខែនិមួយៗ ពួកគាត់ក៏បានធ្វើផែនការបន្តសម្រាប់អនុវត្ត និងសប្ដាហ៍ទី៤នៃចុងខែនិមួយៗក៏មានការប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងការងារសម្រេចបានប្រចាំខែ និងវាយតម្លៃការងាររបស់ខ្លួនផងដែរ។

Support POCD Meeting at UPWD Office 

Start from September 2023 to August 2024, 12 of POCD members came to work and had a meeting at UPWD office 68 times. They regularly gather or have meetings at UPWD office 4 times a month or sometimes five to six times a month if they have any urgent tasks to do. At each meeting, POCD members discussed and updated about the work they have been working with communities by reviewing about the project achievements, sharing knowledge and information including problems/challenges they faced and plausible solutions to the problems. For the 1st week of the month, they usually meet to do the activity planning, and the 4th week, they meet to update and reflect on the achievements they have accomplished and as well as to evaluate about their work.
