សកម្មភាពប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់សហគមន៍

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ដ្រីក្រីក្រក្នុងទីក្រុង(UPWD) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងការងារសហគមន៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៤ នៅព្រះវិហារដំណឹងល្អដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន៦៥នាក់ប្រុស៩នាក់។ ក្នុងនោះអង្គការUPWDចូលរួមចំនួន៦នាក់ និងសហគមន៍ចំនួន៥៩នាក់មកពី៣១ស/គ។ 

កម្មវិធីនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង៖ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលម្អិតទៅលើលទ្ធផលការងារដែលបានអនុវត្តរយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំ (ចាប់ពីខែតុលាឆ្នាំ២០២២ដល់ខែវិច្ឆិការ២០២៣) និងធ្វើផែនការបន្តសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំបន្ទាប់។ ក្នុងនោះយើងក៏បានប្រើប្រាស់ SWOT ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាទៅលើ ចំណុចខ្លាំង ចំណុចខ្សោយ ឧបស័ក្គ និងឳកាស នៃការងាររបស់យើង។

សកម្មភាពនេះអាចប្រព្រឹត្តទៅបានដោយមានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី Misereor/KZE។

Communities Annual Reflection Meeting

On November 16, 2023, Urban Poor Women Development (UPWD) organized a Community Annual Reflection Meeting at Good News of Jesus Church with a total of 65 participants joining, 9 males. The participants composed of 59 people from 31 target communities and 6 of UPWD staff. 

The annual reflection meeting aimed to discuss, review, and evaluate the achievements of the work that we had been working for one year (from Oct 2022 to Nov 2023) and as well as to do activity planning for next year. In addition, we also conducted SWOT analysis to analyze the Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of our work.
