កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២ អង្គការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ត្រីក្រីក្រក្នុងទីក្រុង នៃគម្រោង Urban បានរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍នៅសហគមន៍វាលស្បូវ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីជនបង្គោល និងអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តពិគ្រោះយោបល់ សហគមន៍ចំនួន៥ រួមមាន សហគមន៍ ចំរើន ស្មសាន្ត ភូមិ២១ ភូមិ២៣ និងផ្លូវរថភ្លើង។ ក្នុងដំណើទន្សនៈកិច្ចមានគោលបំណង៖

១.អ្នកចូលរួមអាចយល់ដឹងអំពីបទពិសោធន៍នៃការអនុវត្តន៍ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដោយជោគជ័យ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៅនឹងកន្លែង

២. អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងរៀបចំផែនការ និងអនុវត្តន៍អ្វីដែលបានរៀនសូត្រ ទៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ខ្លួនដើម្បីឲ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដូចជាសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងសហគមន៍ រចនាសម័្ពន្ធ ការការពារកុមារ និងទទួលយកបទពិសោធន៍ ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តពិគ្រោះយោបល់ និងការឆ្លើយតបអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ

៣. ចូលរួមឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ច ស្តីពីសម្ធិផលដែលរៀនសូត្របាន

សកម្មភាពនេះទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិការដោយសហភាពអ៉ឺរ៉ុប និងអង្គការភីនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា

On the 23 December 2022 Urban Poor Women Development the URBAN project was conducted the communities Exchange Visit at Veal Sbov community, joined by GFP and Counselor of 5 communities such as: Chom rern, Smor San, Phum21, Phum23 and Plov Rot Plerng. The objective of this event:

1. Participants can gain experience of successful leadership practice and on-site development

2. Participants will plan and apply what they have learned in their community for development such as community solidarity, child protection structures, and experience as a volunteer counselor and responder to domestic violence.

3. Participate in reflecting on the exchange visit of learning achievements
